The Open Team won 22 - 18

A Reserve Team won in a final best of 5 frames play-off after the scores being level at 20 frames all

John Van Asch

John was a long time Patron of the NTEBA, formally the TEBA, long time player of the Commercial Hotel 8Ball Team and also served on the committee of the TEBA

David Kearnes

Wayne Phillip McIntosh. Also known variously as "Macca" or "Steakman".

Born 12 November 1954 & passed away 29 November 2008.
Was well known to most people in Carrick/Deloraine areas & also players from both the Esk and NTEBA associations.
Well known & well respected for his work as a security officer at many events & hotels in these areas. 
This was amply shown by the huge turnout at his funeral on Thursday (4th of December).
Extremely likeable mate to many & will be missed by all who knew him.

The 2008 - 09 Boags Summer Roster started on Tuesday October 14th

Div 1 and 2 Roster will play all the way through and the roster will not be split, the final make up of Div 1 and 2 Finals will be decided after the last roster match (This may be made up of 5 teams for Div 1 finals and 3 teams for Div 2 finals)

2009 Winter Roster will start approx Tuesday April 14th - More details as we get closer to the date
