https://nteba.com.au/snooker/winter24/forms.html
Players must be a financial member of the Club they are playing out of if they have a membership base subscription (This is separate to the player registration to the Northern snooker body)
Handicaps are a 40 maximum, with the maximum stat that any player can receive being 50 points.
Player wins a snooker match on the night – Handicap will be adjusted by 3 points – so if on 20 points you will come into 17 the following week.
The player who loses will be adjusted by 2 points – so if on 20 points they will go out to 22 points.
The Points system is based on all matches of play for the night – so if the score is
Team (A) 3 v Team (B) 1
The ladder will be Team (A) 3 Premiership points and Team (B) 1 Premiership point and then player frames for and against as the % to generate / sort the ladder.
The First Attempt if the object ball is missed, a foul and miss will be called and the incoming player will have all foul and miss options available.
Important: This must be called no matter how close the attempt is, the player who has played the shot and snookered the opponent should be rewarded
The next attempt if required will be at the referee discretion - Referee's should use the Foul and Miss Diagram - Players Ability - Genuine Attempt - (Diagram - General Section / Downloads)
Remember the Incoming Player can play from where the cue ball lies or let the same player shoot from where that cue ball lies if it is a foul.
